WA LEGAL DEFENSE: The Washington State FOP Legal
Defense Plan has been in existence since July 1, 2004, Washington State created it exclusively for the legal defense needs
of the FOP Members here in Washington. The Plan is operated and overseen by the Law Offices of Emmal Skalbania and Vinnedge
888-923-6748 out of Seattle. The cost to the FOP member is $180.00 annually.

OFFICERS LIABILITY: Coverage is available for qualifying
Officers under the Federal Law Enforcement Officer's Safety Act of 2004
(HR218) Cost is $50 per year for qualifying officers. (Officers
must meet qualifications and complete Basic Handgun Proficiency Course per
WCJTC guidelines.) Information
